Since 2017, we have successfully launched five restaurants throughout Southern Indiana. We are proud to operate 100% family owned and run businesses. Jared is an unstoppable force of leadership and back-of-house operations knowledge! He is highly skilled in dissecting data to maximize efficiency in all areas of restaurant operation. He's ready to help you organize your management structure, control supply and labor costs, and design a profitable menu. Alongside restaurant life, Jared is a husband and proud father of two little boys.

Tracey is a programming wizard with an eye for details! She is an expert in both front-of-house operations and point of sale management. She's prepared to help you create the ultimate guest experience with thorough hiring and training protocols and a highly customized point of sale program. Alongside restaurant life, Tracey is a wife and proud mother to a son and three daughters.
